Standard Hourly Rates
Our hourly rate is $30- 40 for programming and design, $25 per hour for content / layout update. (Note that substantial discounts are available for non-profit and charitable organizations.)
Rush fees are charged at twice the above rates. Availability and terms of the Rush Service will be subject to the approval and agreement of the parties.
Packaged Services
( all packages include weekly website backups service & web site healthy monitoring )
Content Management Package A
$65 / month
Includes :
3 hours of work per month
48 hour turnaround time
Terms :
Must be paid Quarterly in advance.
Unused hours can be carried forward.
Additional hours of services are billed at our standard hourly rates (see above).
Does not include design & development fees for new page designs.
Content Management Package B
$100 / month
Includes :
5 hours of work per month
48 hour turnaround time.
Terms :
Must be paid Quarterly in advance.
Unused hours can be carried forward.
Additional hours of services are billed at the discounted rate of $20 per hour.
Does not include design & development fees for new page designs.
Content Management Package C
$150 / month
Includes :
8 hours of work per month
24 hour turnaround time (with the exception of new designs and changes to forms, which require more time)
Terms :
Must be paid Quarterly in advance.
Unused hours can be carried forward.
Design services are not included
Additional hours of services are billed at the discounted rate of $20 per hour.
Supplemental Support Package
$150 / month
Includes :
Unlimited email support.
Unlimited changes to email accounts (e.g., add / delete / modify accounts, change passwords, email forwarding, etc.).
Disaster Recovery Services (restoration of website in case of server failure, virus, or hack attack).
Monthly website traffic activity
summary delivered to you via email.
Terms :
Paid Quarterly in advance.
